How long will shipping take?
We process all orders within 1 business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Annayah magnet. We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original packaging (return shipping applies). If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will immediately arrange a full refund or a free replacement.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number. You can use this link to follow your delivery every step of the way, or simply enter your tracking number directly on our website’s tracking page.
How do I charge the speaker, and how long does it last?
Every order includes a convenient Type-C charging cable. The device features fast charging—taking just 30 minutes to reach a full battery—which provides 3 to 4 hours of continuous, uninterrupted playback.
Does the magnet play the entire Quran?
To keep the experience beautifully simple and screen-free, each Annayah magnet is dedicated exclusively to the specific Surah or Adhkar printed on its beautifully designed cover.
Are the Surahs complete, or just partial clips?
Every magnet comes pre-loaded with the full, complete audio recitation of the specified Surah.
