Does the magnet play the entire Quran?
No, and that is on purpose. To keep it beautifully simple and screen-free, each AyahTouch is dedicated to the surah or adhkar printed on its cover. One magnet, one purpose, one tap.
Are the surahs complete, or just clips?
Every magnet comes pre-loaded with the full, complete recitation of its surah. Nothing is shortened.
How do I charge it, and how long does it last?
A Type-C cable is in the box. A full charge takes about 30 minutes and gives you 3 to 4 hours of continuous playback.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on where you are, and shipping is free within the USA and Australia.
How can I track my order?
You get a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking number the moment your parcel leaves. You can also enter it on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original packaging (return shipping applies). If your item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement.
