Our warehouse team are taking the recommended measures to ensure safety when packaging orders.

Shipping

We offer free international standard delivery (7-10 days after fulfillment) and a flat rate $12.99 for express delivery by DHL (2-3 days after fulfillment).

Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched (excluding weekends) for Demi Fine and Solid Gold & Diamond items. It may take 30 days for customised items to be dispatched. 

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and this is on your despatch email.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Lulu Rosalie order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature.
